The Southern Health and Social Care Trust, a returning client of McAvoy, required a bespoke modular solution to expand its breast cancer diagnostic facilities at Craigavon Area Hospital. This expansion was critical to address the growing need for much-needed additional space, including a new mammography screening facility, while enhancing the existing infrastructure.

The Queen Elizabeth Hospital King's Lynn NHS Foundation Trust engaged McAvoy, a leader in offsite modular manufacturing, to design and deliver a two-storey facility using its innovative SmartCare® modular solution.

The Southern Health & Social Care Trust had a requirement for an extension to their GP out of hours surgery at Craigavon Area hospital in order to reduce waiting lists.

Good Hope Hospital and Heartlands Hospital – had an urgent need for ward space due to rising patient numbers and the ongoing impact of Covid 19, they turned to McAvoy.

McAvoy were awarded a contract to deliver a modular Endoscopy suite to facilitate additional capacity for endoscopy procedures for Remedy Healthcare Solutions and North Cumbria University Hospitals NHS Trust.

Northern Ireland Ambulance Service (NIAS) had a requirement for a new Training & Office Accommodation Facility. The project was awarded to The McAvoy Group through the NHS SBS framework.
