LSH Auto, a premium automative dealership that is one of the largest Mercedes-Benz retailers in Europe, had a requirement for temporary office accommodation for staff and customers to use whilst their existing facility was under refurbishment. McAvoy supplied a solution that was installed, and ready to use within one day.

The QSpace Solution
A QSpace solution was chosen due to its high quality and rapid delivery. Through early engagement and continued collaboration with the client, McAvoy configured its open-plan QSpace unit to include an office space, a waiting area, and a tea station area whilst ensuring the layout and internal features were suitable for the client’s needs.
Located on a live retail site, speed of delivery was a key driver for the client. The installation phase was meticulously planned to minimise disruption to LSH Auto’s operations. After just seven days manufacturing time and one day to install on site, the QSpace office was handed over and ready to use. The reduced programme enabled LSH Auto to continue trading whilst their new office was delivered.
