The offsite Solution
Four 59.3sqm open plan SmartClass modular classrooms were delivered onsite with 80% of the works already completed at our 70,000 sq ft purpose-built facility, this included and features an Air Sourced Heat Pump in accordance with NZEB requirements. The project was completed within 16 weeks and was delivered on time and to budget.
Harnessing innovation
This project also included early adoption of BIM due to the short deadline which allowed the project to be seen and reviewed in its entirety, identifying any issues at the design stage, and providing the client with a solution.
