Gerard Donnelly, Contracts Manager at The McAvoy Group has won Project Manager of the Year at the 2017 Offsite Awards.
A brand new award for 2017, Gerard has been recognised following his role in the completion of Lynch Hill Enterprise Academy in Slough.
The awards ceremony took place at a ‘Drinks and Nibbles Reception’ on 13th June in London.

Lynch Hill Enterprise Academy, delivered under the Crown Commercial Service (CCS) Framework and funded by the Education Funding Agency (EFA), covers a floor area of 8718m² and includes a four court sports hall, playing fields, a multi-use games area as well as new car parking areas and landscaping. The project was completed on budget and 17 weeks ahead of programme. 65% of the total build area was constructed offsite.
