The McAvoy Group has become the first offsite modular company to be represented within a new industry-wide leadership group aimed at helping suppliers meet the challenges facing the construction industry over the next five years.

The company has confirmed it has joined the leadership group of the newly established Offsite Management School alongside industry heavyweights, Skanska, Laing O’Rourke, Costain, Carillion, United Utilities and Siemens and leading knowledge based organisations including BRE, Build Offsite, Excelin and Total Flow.

Orla Corr OBE, Executive Chairperson of McAvoy said: “McAvoy has been committed to the development of the Offsite industry for more than four decades and our involvement with the Offsite Management School provides us with an opportunity to shape the future of our sector.

“The School represents the coming together of a number of Partners to give a common and consistent message to our supply chain that we all need to transform the way we think about construction.  Our involvement in the School is evidence of our desire to see change by providing suppliers with help to start the process of thinking differently and transforming the way they work.”
