McAvoy was appointed by Luminate Education Group to deliver a new, purpose-built teaching facility at Leeds City College’s Park Lane Campus. Designed to support the growing demand for T-Level courses, the new building provides high-quality teaching space for 300 Sports & Exercise Science and Applied Science students.

The Southern Health and Social Care Trust, a returning client of McAvoy, required a bespoke modular solution to expand its breast cancer diagnostic facilities at Craigavon Area Hospital. This expansion was critical to address the growing need for much-needed additional space, including a new mammography screening facility, while enhancing the existing infrastructure.
