With a history spanning 40 years we boast a portfolio of high quality, time-efficient construction solutions built off-site and exceeding building regulations as standard.

We deliver fast-track and environmentally-sensitive permanent or temporary modular buildings for the health, education, commercial and leisure sectors. We also offer a comprehensive accommodation hire service. And we take all the heavy lifting – meaning our clients don’t have to.

Our projects are delivered using a combination of modular and traditional construction techniques. Our modular buildings are created in our purpose-built, climate-controlled factories that extend to more than 120,000sq ft over two sites.

Innovation and technology are key drivers behind all of our operations with Building Information Modelling (BIM) an increasingly critical element in our design and programme planning.

Harnessing BIM Level 2 enables us to achieve optimum energy efficiency, through intelligent virtual design team collaboration, enhanced manufacturing and site installation methodologies and the over-arching management of all our resources.

Our adherence to the ethos of Building Research Establishment Environmental Assessments Methodology (BREEAM), produces buildings that boast the utmost energy efficiency.

We are also proud to be accredited with Business in the Community’s CORE standards which measures our commitment to improving resource efficiency whilst the utilisation of teleconferencing, smart haulage and transportation-led by efficiency savvy designers all form part of the company-wide dedication to sustainability.

Refusing to rest on our laurels, we are also on track to fulfilling the innovation and process obligations within the Government’s Construction 2025 policy which aims to reduce industry-wide emissions, plus the trade gap between construction exports and imports each by 50%.
