A safe, efficient procurement option

We are proud to have secured places on a number of significant government-led public sector frameworks. In our experience, Frameworks can provide an efficient, cost-effective procurement solution for customers across all sectors, reducing procurement timelines and providing customers with access to proven companies.

“We had a very positive experience working with McAvoy. Their site management was excellent and they communicated brilliantly”

Partnering and Collaboration

Our Framework memberships span multiple sectors, education, health, governmental, infrastructure, commercial and sport for project delivery throughout the UK and Ireland. Our dedicated and experienced in-house framework team provides both reduced procurement and delivery timescales in addition to competitive pricing.

We have developed a strong understanding of how important it is to maintain consistent contact with all decision makers on all levels within the Framework structure. This reliable communications approach, that we initiate from the onset, is one important element in the consistent delivery of the highest quality service and client experience.

Partnering and Collaboration

Key to successful delivery of McAvoy projects is our dedication to partnering and collaborating with customers, advisors, and end-users as well as all relevant multi-disciplinary design consultants. McAvoy partners with design teams to collectively create the necessary integrated multi-disciplinary skill sets required to successfully deliver modular building projects.

Partnering

We have extensive experience partnering with multi-disciplinary design consultants. We demand an integrated project team with the appropriate skills to apply design quality to modular buildings and the experience relevant to the specific challenges of the customer’s requirements, the site context, and the building type.

Collaboration

At the heart of our approach is the recognition that collaboration and knowledge sharing is essential and requires input from all levels of the supply chain. Also, importantly, it begins at the earliest stage.

  • We have developed a supply chain management system to underpin our focus on a tried and trusted supply chain
  • We adopt an open BIM approach and are ISO 19650 accredited
  • We foster a consultative approach with framework customers to ensure satisfaction upon project completion
  • We seek early engagement including feasibility involvement, which facilitates the streamlining of project delivery
