In a demanding market the McAvoy Group has become a market leader within the modular industry for the provision of sustainable buildings.

With our modular method of construction we can offer considerable whole life savings over traditional build programmes.

Economic Benefits

Due to our fast-track site installation we are able to avoid costly on-site over runs and inclement weather conditions, thus delivering a quality building on time and on budget.

Speed of construction can be reduced by up to 50% thus giving our clients a saving on site costs.

Our quality management system is certified to ISO 9001:2000 Part 2 which delivers consistently high quality manufacturing standards through the entire construction process.

Environmental Benefits

Waste and recycling of materials is high on the agenda for the McAvoy Group our waste management procedures are in place to ensure the best use of materials that might otherwise go to landfill. Waste generated is kept to an absolute minimum (5%) both in production and site installation stages.

We have also gained accreditation for our high-standards of environmental management control certified to ISO 14001:2004

Insulation materials used in the walls, roof and floor of McAvoy buildings have an ozone depleting potential (ODP) of zero.

Factory production means our buildings are manufactured to extremely high standards and tolerances which will either meet or exceed the requirements of local Building Regulations.

Our buildings can also be disassembled and relocated to be used again with timber sourced from traceable sources and steelwork which is endlessly recyclable.

We also evaluate our clients energy needs to reduce energy consumption and running costs through-out the life cycle of the building.
