Floor make up: 5mm Flat Steel Floor or Thick floor wet room.
Internally the POD is lined with plasterboard or a cementatious board depending on the clients preference.

Level Access shower areas can be achieved by creating a thick floor and setting the flat steel to fall to the shower gully.

Service Area Layout
Specification and Layout are as important to the external service area as they are to the internal areas of the POD. It is critical that the on site Mechanical and Electrical Contractor is satisfied with where all the connections are being made.
On Site, contractor has made his connections, to the consumer unit and manifolds fed by copper pipe.
