Marine and port operators regularly face demands for additional accommodation to enable them to cope with market developments. These demands can range from additional storage, both permanent and temporary, to extra facilities for passengers and/or staff.

Demands usually emerge quickly and require a fast response for the new or expanded accommodation.  The demand can be for a simple but robust storage unit to a more complex and high quality facility for use by passengers.

Off-site buildings are a proven solution. A high specification building can be developed quickly by us in our factory to the requirements of an individual operator and then assembled on-site faster than is the case for a traditional construction. If required, we will take on the role of contractor and take responsibility for everything from initial concept to finished building.
