Off-site construction is ideally suited to airport operations where expansions are required regularly to cope with the continuing growth air travel. Among the main constraints facing contractors is the requirement that construction must not hinder operations.

Our experience includes extensive work on departures gates and lounge at Dublin International Airport. Volumetric modules were manufactured at our factory to designs developed with the main contractor and then assembled on-site to a tight deadline for the peak travel season.

The modules were finished to a high standard and positioned on the apron without any disruption to the airport’s operations.

As well as airport buildings used by passengers and staff, our quality units are also being used for airport personnel and for the safe storage of equipment and supplies for airport operators. Other applications include car park pay booths and security units.
