Our strategic focus is on developing innovative solutions that meet the specific needs of clients. We achieve this by continuous investment in technology, by relationships that we have developed with the universities, particularly the Northern Ireland Technology Centre (NITC) at Queen’s University Belfast, and by working closely with clients to understand their needs.
Our Engineering and R&D teams monitor continuously the development of new construction materials, components and building techniques and seek to apply them to our off-site prefabricated modular business. This ongoing process includes cladding, finishes, glazing and roofing systems.
We have applied the latest digital manufacturing technology that also included product design. Our Safe Space units and Pods are recent examples of our Engineering and R&D work.
