Services
The installation and connection of services such as mains water, foul sewage, storm water drainage, electricity, gas and telecommunications can also be carried out by the McAvoy team. The degree of complexity of these operations is specific to each project, but with our highly skilled, qualified and experienced Design Office and Site Teams, we welcome their inclusion in the scope of our works.
Clearance
McAvoy can undertake the preparation of the site ready for the installation and project related associated siteworks. This may include forming a road onto site and the removal of any spoil or redundant materials.
Foundations
Whether foundations are designed by ourselves or others they are usually concrete strip or individual concrete pit foundations designed to suit local ground conditions. Typically concrete blockwork piers are built off these foundations to support the building. Any necessary ground treatment or special types of ground preparation, such as piling or ground stabilisation, can be incorporated by the McAvoy off-site team prior to the installation of the building.
