As part of a companywide community initiative The McAvoy Group have donated a modular building and stores to local boxing club Clonoe ABC for use as training premises. The club which was established by the late Frank Gervin in 1972 has been responsible for turning the fortunes of young men and women and has produced champion boxers through out the years.
A number of employees volunteered their services during the installation with some of the roles including; installers, slingerbankmen, H&S, cleaning and making tea/coffee.
We would like to wish the club many years of success in their new premises.
