McAvoy Hire was subcontracted to supply one of the biggest music festivals – BBC Radio One Big Weekend – with a number of portable buildings for the duration of the event. Eight buildings were hired from McAvoy for the three-day music event that took place in Derry/Londonderry, Northern Ireland. The portable buildings were used for the artists, backstage staff and production crew. McAvoy Hire high-quality buildings provided a comfortable environment for the pop artists to relax in before and after performing on the Radio One stage.
