Our commitment to employees throughout the business and in all activities is to ensure the highest standards of health, safety and welfare at work, in our factories, offices and on construction sites.

Our Policy
All operations must be carried out in such a way as to ensure, so far as is reasonably practicable, the health, safety and welfare of all employees and all other persons likely to be affected. Managers are required to provide the necessary leadership.

This means:

• On site – the Contract Manager, Agent and Foreman must ensure that all safety procedures are observed
• Production – in each division the Production Manager, Foreman and Supervisor must ensure that the group’s safety procedures are observed
• Administration buildings and offices – Senior Managers must ensure that safety procedures are observed

We insist that all our people and sub-contractors and their employees observe health and safety requirements at all times.

Safety Accreditations
Our focus on health and safety is seen in the recognised accreditations that we have achieved. These include CHAS, SafePass and Safe-T-Cert . We are also an approved CSR and NVQ assessment centre. All buildings are managed off-site and on-site by stringent quality procedures in ISO 9001:2000.
